They work synergistically to unlock habitual thought patterns, facilitate productive work relationships, increase work performance and satisfaction as well as alleviate stress based illness.
Located at the century old Abbotsford Convent on the Yarra River, our Urban Health Retreat gives all the benefits of a rural health retreat but is only ten minutes drive from the city.

Integrating Indigenous Australian medicinal products
into Chinese Herbal Medicine project
Wendy is currently pursuing partnerships with indigenous communities who are interested in developing their herbal products for use by Chinese Medicine Practitioners.
As Chinese Medicine practitioners are in the process of establishing a Chinese herbal growing industry in Australia, Wendy believes that it is relevant to look towards the original herbalists of Australia, the indigenous community.
Indigenous herbs cultivated in their natural habitats will have a natural biological advantage: be less susceptible to weeds and tailored to the locally available resources, making them more water efficient and environmentally sustainable.

Council of Single Mothers and their Children
Tuesday is you day for single mums once a month at the Convent
A number of WellBeing at the Convent practitioners in conjunction with Council of Single Mothers and the Children (CSMC) are proud to offer members of CSMC free or heavily discounted treatments once a month.
We understand that it can often be hard to make ends meet when you are a single mum and that your own needs can sometimes come second to the needs of children. Knowing that taking time out to look after yourself will enable you to be the best parent possible. WellBeing practitioners are keen to help.
Wendy is offering one treatment for $20 a month (not including herbs).
